Job Summary
Develop cutting-edge algorithms in MATLAB, C/C++, Python, or CUDA for real-time signal processing workloads supporting US government intelligence and Department of Defense objectives. Design and optimize DSP solutions across time and frequency domains, including RADAR waveforms, software-defined radios, and AI/ML techniques for denoising and anomaly detection. Collaborate with cross-functional engineering, manufacturing, and supply-chain teams to deliver state-of-the-art RF and digital hardware design solutions. Work within a 9/80 schedule in a fast-moving environment focused on national security missions.
Required Qualifications
- US Citizenship
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret clearance
- Proficient with MATLAB, with a Digital Signal Processing focus
- Proficient in Embedded SW or FPGA or AI/ML design
- BS Degree in Electrical, Computer or related Engineering discipline with 12 years of experience
- MS Degree in Electrical, Computer or related Engineering discipline with 10 years of experience
- PhD Degree in Electrical, Computer or related Engineering discipline with 8 years of experience
- Active Top Secret security clearance
- 9/80 work schedule availability
Desired Qualifications
- Proficient in C/C++, Python, Embedded SW Design in Linux/UNIX environments
- Proficient in FPGA design on low SWAP systems
- Basic understanding of Digital Communication Systems and RF signal processing chains
- Experience applying AI/ML (e.g., deep learning, transformer, or reinforcement‐learning models) to signal‐processing techniques such as denoising, classification, source separation, or anomaly detection, with emphasis on real‐time deployment and performance optimization
- Experience in GPU Development (CUDA, OpenCL, or Vulkan) for real-time signal-processing workloads
- Experience in Embedded Development in SoCs or DSPs
- Experience with VHDL (preferred) or Verilog
- Experience with HDL verification tools, such as Questa® or Modelsim®
- Experience with Xilinx, Altera (Intel) or Microsemi FPGAs
- Practical experience in RADAR (SAR/ISAR) LPI/LPD waveforms
- Practical experience in EW techniques
- Practical experience in Software Defined Radios (SDRs)
- Practical experience in Image Processing and AI/ML techniques
