Job Summary
Staff Development & Training Coordinator who will lead onboarding, coaching, mentorship, training, and real-time support to help staff develop the confidence, judgment, professionalism, and skills to thrive in a trauma-informed residential/behavioral health environment serving youth. Focus areas include staff development, program culture, retention, and creating a positive workplace where employees feel welcomed, supported, valued, connected, and equipped to succeed. Ideal candidate will have significant experience with adolescents in residential treatment or similar settings, a strong understanding of trauma-informed and relationship-based practice, and act as a coach/mentor/teacher-leader to foster growth across staff and youth-facing teams.
