Job Summary
Staff Development Specialist, RN responsible for training and education support across Vista Prairie Communities, leading EduCare platform, standardizing orientation/training programs, and traveling to communities to provide hands-on clinical training, quality assurance auditing, and supplemental training support. Requires RN with MN licensure and 1-2 years of Nursing Supervision or Nursing Instruction/Education Lead experience. Full-time, day shift based in Champlin, MN with Monday–Friday schedule and no weekend rotations.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (MN licensure)
- 1-2 years of experience in Nursing Supervision or Geriatric Nursing preferred
- 1-2 years of experience as a Nursing Instructor and/or Education Lead
