Job Summary
Lead organizational training and education support while serving as the Flex Team clinical Lead. Drive organizational excellence by leading the EduCare platform, standardizing orientation and training programs, and traveling to communities for hand-on clinical training, quality assurance auditing, and supplemental support. Manage key accountabilities including organizational training leadership, community clinical support, and staff development and performance. Requires 1-2 years in nursing supervision or geriatric nursing, plus experience as a nursing instructor. Full-time day shift Monday through Friday with a $5,000 sign-on bonus and a salary range of $80,000-$85,000.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse with current MN RN licensure
Desired Qualifications
- 1 - 2 years of experience in Nursing Supervision or Geriatric Nursing preferred
- 1 - 2 years of experience as a Nursing Instructor and/or Education Lead
