Job Summary
Directs HR functions at Greenridge Place Memory Care, serving as point person for HR activities, leads GPTW program, processes payroll, manages benefits enrollment, onboarding, training, and onboarding; oversees recruitment, interviews, new hire orientation, payroll processing, and employee records; ensures compliance with licenses, performance reviews, and documentation; coordinates Leave of Absence and workers’ compensation processes; facilitates employee appreciation and culture-building initiatives; supports retention efforts and communications to leadership; collaborates with management to ensure timely onboarding, training success, and accurate personnel records while driving engagement and a positive workplace culture.
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree or combination of educational classes highly preferred
- Payroll experience is required
- 3-5 years of experience in related capacity
- Experience in Human Resources and or training is highly preferred
