Job Summary
Lead HR operations at Emerald Place Memory Care: oversee recruitment, screening, onboarding, payroll processing, benefits enrollment, employee training, and New Employee Orientation; drive GPTW culture and retention initiatives; manage personnel records, performance reviews, and compliance; coordinate with leadership to ensure timely hiring, training effectiveness, and accurate reporting (including payroll, benefits, and leaves); maintain documentation for hires, exits, licenses, and background checks; support worker's comp claims, OSHA reporting, and leave-of-absence processes; collaborate on employee relations and policy updates; ensure timely weekly updates and cross-functional communication.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in related capacity
- Associates degree or combination of educational classes is highly preferred
- Experience in Human Resources and/or training is highly preferred
- Payroll experience is required
