Job Summary

Develop, implement, and evaluate all orientation and educational programs across facility departments while upholding high instructional standards for diverse staff members. Plan, execute, and assess training initiatives within a healthcare setting, ensuring all employees receive professional development aligned with organizational goals. Complete required certifications including Core Competencies training, Professional Assault Crisis Training (Pro-ACT), and maintain current status for all credentials. Obtain 24 hours of continuing education within three months focusing on educational program planning in healthcare and mental health. Full-time position with a competitive hourly range of $23.69 to $27.46. Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • One (1) year of full-time experience planning, implementing, and evaluating educational programs in a healthcare setting, and demonstrating supervisory abilities
  • two (2) years of employment with Crestwood as a Recovery Coach, Service Coordinator, or other applicable role
  • Within three (3) months of accepting this position, the incumbent will obtain a minimum of 24 hours of continuing education focusing on planning, implementation, and evaluation of educational programs in a healthcare setting and mental health
  • The incumbent will complete the Core Competencies training facilitated by the Corporate Learning and Performance team
  • The incumbent will complete the Professional Assault Crisis Training (Pro-ACT) certification
  • The incumbent will ensure that all their certifications, including but not limited to Pro-ACT, are maintained current and in good standing
  • Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background investigation including criminal history and identity check
  • Crestwood is required to participate in the E-Verify program

Desired Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent, bachelor's degree preferred
  • Training certification preferred
  • CPR/First Aid certification is preferred
