Job Summary
Plan, organize, develop, and direct in-service educational programs throughout the facility in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations to assure the highest degree of quality resident care. Maintain supervision and principles of practice for teaching while ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. This role supports the mission of serving those who served, offering a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) matching, medical, dental, and vision insurance, plus tuition reimbursement and free life insurance. A current, unencumbered active license as an LVN or RN with a minimum of one year in a health-related facility is required.
Required Qualifications
- Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of an approved LVN or RN program
- current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an LVN or RN in this state
- one years' experience in a health related facility
- experience in supervision and principles, practice of teaching, etc.
