Job Summary
Staff Development Coordinator role for an RN focusing on education, skills competencies, training, clinical observations, and quality assurance audits under the Director of Nursing Services. Responsible for assisting with new employee hiring, fostering employee recognition and retention programs, and serving as an advocate for growth and development within American Senior Communities. Requires nursing graduation and Indiana RN licensure, with CARE values guiding interactions with residents, families, customers, and staff. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
