Job Summary
Develop and implement job skills training, in-service education, and employee health monitoring for nursing department staff. Regularly check competency of C.N.A. skill performance, positive regard for residents, and developmental needs of direct care staff. Provide one-on-one instruction immediately when necessary and train new staff in any deficient areas before allowing them to perform tasks with residents. Requires a Registered Nurse with three years of clinical experience, active CPR certification, and knowledge of long-term care regulations. Offers a $10K sign-on bonus and up to $50.16/hour.
