Job Summary
Develop and implement job skills training and in-service education for nursing department employees, ensuring compliance with regulations and employee health monitoring. Regularly check competency of C.N.A. skill performance, positive regard for residents, and developmental needs of direct care staff, providing one-on-one instruction immediately when necessary. Provide skill training to new staff in any deficient areas before allowing them to perform tasks with residents. Requires Registered Nurse with three years of clinical experience, current state licensure, and active CPR certification. Offers a $10K sign-on bonus.
Required Qualifications

- Knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures
