Job Summary
Design, deliver, and evaluate orientation, in-service programs, and ongoing competency training for nurses and caregivers. Assess learning needs, support regulatory and infection control requirements, and champion resident-centered, faith-based care. Collaborate with nursing leadership to drive quality improvement, professional growth, and a culture of compassion, dignity, and teamwork. This on-site role focuses on clinical education and training for the long-term care and rehabilitation team at Signature HealthCARE.
