Job Summary
Develop and implement job skills training and in-service education for nursing department employees, ensuring compliance with regulations and employee health monitoring. Regularly assess C.N.A. skill performance, positive regard for residents, and developmental needs, providing immediate one-on-one instruction when deficiencies are noted. Deliver targeted skill training to new staff in any deficient areas before authorizing them to perform resident care tasks. Requires an RN with three years of clinical experience, active CPR certification, and knowledge of long-term care laws. Includes a $10K sign-on bonus and a $50 uniform allowance.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse

- Minimum three (3) years of clinical experience in a health care setting

- Knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures
