Job Summary
Develop and implement job skills training and in-service education for nursing department employees, ensuring compliance with regulations and employee health monitoring. Regularly assess C.N.A. skill performance, resident care attitudes, and developmental needs, providing immediate one-on-one instruction when deficiencies are identified. Train new staff in any deficient areas before permitting independent task performance with residents. Requires an RN with three years of clinical experience, current state licensure, and active CPR certification. Offers a $10K sign-on bonus, up to $50.16/hour, and benefits including tuition forgiveness, uniform allowance, and next-day pay.
Required Qualifications
