Job Summary
Develop and implement job skills training and in-service education for nursing department employees, ensuring compliance with regulations and employee health monitoring. Regularly assess C.N.A. skill performance, positive regard for residents, and developmental needs, providing immediate one-on-one instruction when deficiencies are noted. Train new staff in any deficient areas before allowing them to perform tasks with residents. Requires a Registered Nurse with three years of clinical experience, current state licensure, and active CPR certification. Offers a $10K sign-on bonus and tuition reimbursement.
