Job Summary
Develop and implement job skills training, in-service education, and employee health monitoring for nursing department staff. Regularly check competency of C.N.A. skill performance, positive regard for residents, and developmental needs of direct care staff, providing one-on-one instruction immediately when necessary. Provide skill training to new staff in any deficient areas before allowing them to perform tasks with residents. Requires a Registered Nurse with three years of clinical experience in a long-term care setting, current CPR certification, and knowledge of relevant laws and regulations. Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse
