Staff Development Coordinator RN

Design and deliver orientation, ongoing training, and skills validation to nursing staff in long-term care and post-acute settings. Collaborate with leadership to assess learning needs, implement quality and infection-prevention initiatives, and support safe, person-centered care. Promote a culture of compassion, teamwork, and continuous improvement within a mission-driven, faith-based environment. This on-site role focuses on clinical education and competency development to ensure regulatory compliance.
