Job Summary
Conduct education, skills competencies training, clinical observations, and quality assurance audits as directed by the Director of Nursing Services. Assist with new employee hiring while championing employee recognition and retention programs to support staff growth and development. Monitor, track, and analyze data trends for educational opportunities to drive continuous improvement. Maintain a comforting atmosphere for residents and foster a respectful work environment through collaboration and clear communication. Requires an Indiana RN license and graduate of an accredited nursing school. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Indiana RN license or ability to obtain an Indiana license
