Job Summary
Conduct education, skills competencies training, clinical observations, and quality assurance audits as directed by the Director of Nursing Services. Assist with new employee hiring while championing employee recognition and retention programs to support staff growth and development. Monitor, track, and analyze data trends to identify educational opportunities, ensuring a respectful and positive work environment through collaboration and supportive presence. Requires an Indiana RN license and demonstrates C.A.R.E. values of Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Indiana RN license or ability to obtain an Indiana license
