Job Summary
RN Staff Development Coordinator—Full-time day position with on-call rotation. Plans, organizes, develops, and directs all in-service education in accordance with Life Care standards and applicable laws. Requires a nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s in nursing) and an active RN license in good standing. Responsible for planning, directing, conducting, evaluating, and coordinating staff training, education, in-service, and orientation; maintaining training records; and ensuring competency in areas including patient rights, safety, and sanitation. Strong knowledge of post-acute care practices, regulatory guidelines, and confidentiality; ability to train and educate nursing and other associates; excellent customer service and professionalism; English proficiency. Location: Longmont, CO.
Required Qualifications
- Nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing)
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing throughout employment
