Job Summary
The RN Staff Development Coordinator will plan, organize, develop, and direct in-service education for nursing and applicable staff in accordance with laws, regulations, and Life Care standards, including maintaining training records, coordinating orientation, and applying knowledge of post-acute care practices; must hold an active RN license and nursing degree, with CPR certification, and have strong instruction, assessment, and teamwork skills to educate nursing associates and other staff.
Required Qualifications
- Nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing)
- Currently licensed/registered in applicable State. Must maintain an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing throughout employment.
- CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.
