Job Summary
Plan, develop, direct, conduct, evaluate, and coordinate staff training, education, in service, and orientation for nursing associates and other associates as applicable, in accordance with laws, regulations, and Life Care standards, while maintaining records and ensuring compliance and professional conduct.
Required Qualifications
- Nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing)
- Currently licensed/registered RN in applicable State
- Active RN license in good standing
- One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred
- Teaching/education experience preferred
- CPR certification upon hire or during orientation and must remain current
