Staff Development Coordinator Nurse

Scheduling mandated annual in-services, securing qualified trainers, and preparing the annual calendar of training topics. Coordinate with department heads to ensure employee participation and manage orientation of new hires to meet clinical requirements. Maintain records of attendance for all staff to ensure compliance with facility policies and complete monthly nursing schedules. This role supports the Lodge at Rocky Mount's 115-bed Skilled Nursing Facility in delivering quality service and compassionate care to residents.
