Job Summary
Support the CNA Program Director in professional development, overseeing nursing staff training, supervision, and testing while coordinating with state agencies to maintain regulatory compliance. Monitor infection prevention, ensure resident care quality and rights, and participate in care planning with accurate documentation. Promote interdepartmental collaboration, engage in survey processes, and contribute to policy development. Requires an active RN license in Indiana or Kentucky, nursing degree, and long-term care experience. Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm with on-call rotation and one weekend per month.
Required Qualifications
- An active RN license in the state of IN or KY
- Nursing Degree or completion of nursing program
- Long-Term Care experience
- Must be able to satisfactorily perform the essential functions of the position
