Job Summary
Lead the design and development of scalable, reliable, and maintainable software solutions while collaborating with product, design, and engineering partners to translate business needs into technical plans. Contribute to architecture discussions, define engineering standards, and review code to support continuous improvement in quality. Mentor engineers through coaching and knowledge sharing, drive delivery on complex initiatives from concept through implementation, and participate in incident response and root cause analysis. Identify opportunities to improve system performance, reliability, security, and developer experience.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive professional experience in software development with a strong record of delivering complex systems
- Deep understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and modern development practices
- Experience influencing technical decisions and working effectively across teams and functions
- Ability to mentor others and communicate technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity with sound judgment
- Experience with code reviews, testing strategies, debugging, and production support
- Commitment to building inclusive, collaborative, and high-performing engineering environments
