Run systematic audits and build tooling that surfaces gaps between design and live product, driving those issues through to closure. Mentor designers with structured feedback to build the team's ability to frame problems clearly and ship work with real rigor. Draw clear lines between craft decisions and business outcomes like activation, retention, and revenue so design's impact is visible.
