Staff Design Verification Infrastructure Engineer - VIPs and Testbench

Job Summary
Architect, develop, and maintain the Verification Platform to support Design Verification across SiFive’s projects. Build libraries in Scala with Chisel for verification intent (test harnesses, stimulus, scoreboards, generators) and implement Verification Platform VIPs, AIPs, and testbench components using SystemVerilog/UVM. Create test plans and testbenches to verify and release components with high quality. Educate Verification and related teams on best practices to maximize reuse and scalability. Requires 7+ years in Design Verification with SystemVerilog/UVM, experience VIPs/AIPs/testbench design, and a strong software engineering foundation. Preference for experience with Chisel, Scala, Python; familiarity with EDA flows, DevOps/build systems, and CI/CD; BS/MS/PhD in EE/CE/CS. Right to work in India and export-control eligibility are required.
Required Qualifications
- Design Verification experience with SystemVerilog and UVM
- Experience designing and verifying VIPs, AIPs, and other testbench components
- Understanding of modern software engineering practices
- Typically 7+ years with BS/MS/PhD in EE/CE/CS or related field
