Job Summary
Embed with feature teams to up-level experiences and set the front-end architecture vision for complex customer problems. Own the technical roadmap for system or component pillars while driving adoption across organizations. Design and build exceptional experiences with high polish, creativity, and interaction, ensuring seamless visual appeal. Support the development of Snowflake's design system by building components and foundations in collaboration with product managers, engineers, and designers. Maintain a keen eye for detail to deliver accessible, visually compelling interfaces while staying abreast of emerging design trends and technologies.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience designing and building high-quality UIs
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong collaborative and communication skills
- Strong web development skills (React JS, CSS3, JS/Typescript, NodeJS)
- Experience with structuring design systems for AI
- Strong accessibility experience
- Strong understanding of visual and interaction design fundamentals (including layout, typography, and color)
- Must abide by the company's data security plan
- Must keep customer information secure and confidential
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of databases and associated concepts
- Experience with both consumer and B2B Design systems
- Experience embedding with feature teams
