Job Summary
Staff Digital Design Engineer at Analog Devices leading complex digital design projects and guiding system-level architectures. You will provide technical leadership for multi-domain digital design, drive methodology improvements, influence product direction and technical roadmaps, collaborate across functions, engage with customers on technical requirements, mentor engineers, and lead small technical teams. Requires expert system-architecture capability, technical leadership across domains, and strong cross-functional collaboration with customer engagement. Preferred education includes a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering (or equivalent experience) with 8-12 years of relevant digital design experience. The role involves travel (approx. 10%) and sits in India (Bangalore) with in-person work.
