Job Summary
Spearhead the next phase of talent intelligence by building predictive frameworks that forecast workforce outcomes beyond descriptive reporting. Architect a unified workforce data model by pipelineing data across recruiting systems, performance cycles, and surveys into a cohesive structure that maps the entire employee lifecycle, utilizing AI-native workflows to parse unstructured text like exit notes at scale. Define the metrics dictionary and semantic layer to standardize measurements for headcount, attrition, and trends, while driving data access control and governance to secure sensitive personnel data. Redesign employee sentiment architecture to replace annual surveys with a continuous listening framework that captures real-time organizational health. Own product delivery as the technical product owner for internal data interfaces, enforcing rigorous statistical standards through experimental design and psychometric methodologies. This role is based in Menlo Park, CA, Chicago, IL, and New York, NY, with in-person attendance expected at least three days per week.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of data science experience
- Advanced skills in Python
- Advanced skills in SQL
- Direct experience with modern data infrastructure like Snowflake, BigQuery, or dbt
- Strong product focus and experience defining user requirements, collaborating with engineers, and taking internal data tools from conception to launch
- Deep understanding of statistics, experimental design, and psychometrics or survey methodology to design research-backed questions
- Direct experience integrating language models into data pipelines to automate text processing and summarization at scale
- This role is based in our Menlo Park, CA, Chicago, IL, and New York, NY offices, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week
