Staff Data Scientist (Growth & Marketing)

Staff Data Scientist - Growth & Marketing to serve as a thought leader across Growth, Marketing, Revenue, and Operations. Build and iterate on lead/account/ICP scoring models to prioritize efforts, develop marketing measurement frameworks (e.g., MMM, incrementality testing), apply causal inference methods (DiD, synthetic controls, quasi-experiments), and design scalable experimentation for channel, creative, and audience testing. Drive spend optimization and channel allocation while aligning metrics definitions (CAC, conversion, retention) and partnering with stakeholders to inform strategy and roadmaps. Requires 7+ years in data science/analytics with at least 3 years in Marketing/Sales/Revenue contexts, strong SQL/Python or R skills, familiarity with CRMs/marketing platforms, and experience with MMM, LTV, attribution, segmentation, and modern ELT/ETL pipelines. The role emphasizes rigorous analytical guidance, cross-functional collaboration, and impact on growth outcomes; location is NYC onsite 4 days/week for this role, with total compensation targeting $190,000–$270,000 base.
