Job Summary
Drive proactive problem-solving by bringing structure to complex, ambiguous challenges and enabling data-driven decision-making across the business. Collaborate with leaders in Product, Growth, Marketing, Sales, and Finance to size opportunities, assess impact, and inform strategy through revenue modeling and trade-off analysis. Translate data into clear, actionable insights that empower high-leverage choices for forward-looking initiatives influencing company-wide goals. Leverage advanced SQL, Python, or R skills to solve vague data problems and support strategic thinking for long-term direction.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced SQL Competency: Expert-level skills in SQL, with experience in data warehousing solutions like Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery
- You have worked in a tech company before and are familiar with the way a tech company operates and some of the concepts particular to our industry (e.g. growth accounting, product funnels, designing analytic events, etc.)
- You have experience with R or Python, and have dealt with large datasets before
- Subscription Data Expertise preferably: Familiarity with subscription-based business models and product led growth models
Desired Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with integrating AI solutions into data analytics workflows is a strong plus
- You're excited by solving business problems with data from impact sizing and opportunity modelling to enabling leadership decisions
