Job Summary
Staff Data Scientist to lead Organisational Intelligence within Decision Intelligence. Design the measurement architecture and business learning loops connecting data to decisions at the company level; own analytics foundation behind monthly/quarterly reviews; define trusted metric definitions and governance artefacts; collaborate with Data Engineering to translate business logic into reporting layers; contribute to AI governance and cross-functional decision-making; build frameworks to synthesize signals across B2C, B2B, Product, Lifecycle, Commercial, Finance, and AI initiatives; drive senior leadership storytelling with quantitative and qualitative insights; establish maturity models and scalable measurement standards to guide transformation and decision quality across Busuu/Chegg ecosystem.
