Staff Data Platform Engineer,

Staff Data Platform Engineer to own the design, build, and evolution of scalable data platform services and backend systems powering Unity’s Ads data infrastructure. You will work across distributed systems, data pipelines, cloud infrastructure, observability, reliability, automation, and developer experience, partnering with Ads, infrastructure, data, and product teams to deliver reusable platforms and self-service tooling. The role requires hands-on technical leadership for cross-functional initiatives, with emphasis on scalable, reliable, and easy-to-adopt platforms that serve multiple engineering teams. Familiarity with data-intensive tooling and environments such as Flink, Kafka, Spark, Kubernetes, ArgoCD, and Terraform is preferred. Relocation and visa sponsorship are not available.
