Job Summary
Staff Data Analyst responsible for the team’s quantitative insights from data understanding to hypothesis-driven experimentation. Owns definition and setup of experiments, tracks KPIs, builds data pipelines and dashboards, and communicates insights to the team and leadership. Also mentors the team on experimentation and data-driven product development, driving data-informed decisions and collaborating with product, tech, and design to improve Truecaller’s products.
Required Qualifications
- 6-10 years of experience in Data Analytics
- Experience in SQL to extract, transform, and analyse data
- Experience in data visualization tools (Looker preferred, QlikSense, Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience in mentoring, coaching, and evangelizing data in product development
- Experience in digging into different data sources to understand customer behaviors
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Big data query tools (e.g., BigQuery) would be nice
- Experience with data from mobile applications would be a plus
