Job Summary
Staff Data Analyst responsible for driving quantitative insights for the team: understanding Truecaller data, owning quantitative insights for product development, defining experiments and analyzing results to inform decisions, developing and maintaining KPIs, creating data pipelines and dashboards to communicate insights to the team and leadership, and coaching the team on experimentation and data-driven product development processes.
Required Qualifications
- 6-10 years of experience in Data Analytics
- Experience in using SQL to extract, transform, and analyse data
- Experience in data visualization tools like Looker (preferred), QlikSense, Tableau, or Power BI
- Experience in mentoring, coaching, and evangelizing about data in product development
- Experience in digging into different data sources to understand customer behaviors
- Fluent in spoken and written English
