Job Summary
Staff Cybersecurity Evangelist to be Eye Security’s leading technical voice across Germany and the DACH region. You will represent Eye Security externally at conferences, webinars, customer events, partner engagements, and industry initiatives; educate the market on cybersecurity, MDR, and threat defense; create market-facing content; collaborate with Security Operations, Research, and Marketing; and build relationships within the German cybersecurity ecosystem. The role combines operational credibility with exceptional communication skills, with potential for hybrid work in Berlin or remote work across Germany. Fluency in German and English required; deep expertise in cybersecurity and ability to translate incidents and defensive practices into compelling content is essential.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive hands-on experience in cybersecurity (Incident Response, Security Operations, MDR, Threat Intelligence, or Cyber Defense)
- Exceptional communication, public-speaking, and storytelling skills with the ability to engage technical and executive audiences
- Experience representing an organization externally through conferences, webinars, podcasts, industry events, media engagements, or similar activities
- Strong understanding of modern security operations, detection technologies (MDR, XDR, SIEM, EDR)
- Ability to build credibility and work effectively with security practitioners, executives, customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
- Professional fluency in German and English
- Experience operating in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities
- Genuine passion for cybersecurity, knowledge sharing, and community engagement
