Job Summary
Staff Cyber Systems Engineer based at Fort Gordon, GA, tasked with leading the design, integration, and sustainment of advanced technologies including anechoic chambers, hardware-in-the-loop platforms, and AI-enabled infrastructure. Collaborates with Government partners and industry vendors to deliver secure, high-performance test and compute environments supporting national-level missions. Onboarding during the first 30 days, followed by progressive integration through 90 days and beyond, with program management guidance, cross-functional collaboration, and opportunities to contribute to mission-focused projects while ensuring alignment with security and DoD requirements. Onsite, full-time role requiring U.S. citizenship and active TS/SCI clearance; responsibilities span coordination with stakeholders, testing feature enhancements, and enterprise architecture efforts. Benefits include health, savings, PTO, education assistance, and potential 9/80 schedules where available. Primary salary range: $168,200 – $252,200 annually.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree with 12 years of experience, OR Master's Degree with 10 years of experience (Four additional years can be substituted in lieu of a degree)
- US Citizenship is required
- Active Top Secret / SCI security clearance to be considered
- DoD 8570 Certification for IAT Level II or higher prior to start date (example: Security+ CE)
- Experience with U.S. Government contracts or defense systems
- Broad technical background across IT, networking, software development, and cybersecurity
- Demonstrable experience leading complex engineering projects in production environments
- Proven ability to represent organizational capabilities to customers and stakeholders
