Job Summary
The Staff Customer Operations Analyst will envision and execute the strategic direction of inventory and operations, collaborate with procurement, logistics, and production teams, and leverage ERP systems (SAP preferred) and data for decision-making. Key responsibilities include managing supply and demand activities, analyzing business patterns, and developing data processing automations using Python. Candidates must have strong operational and order management skills, excellent communication abilities, and be adept in data analysis with a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and experience in high volume electronics manufacturing.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or another quantitative field
- 5 years of experience in a similar role, or a Master’s degree with 3 years of experience
- 5+ years of experience in high volume electronics manufacturing
- Advanced PC skills, expert in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Excellent communication, written, and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving ability
- Highly detailed planning and organization ability
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency in Python
- Working knowledge of Tableau/PowerBI for data visualization
- Experience working in an ERP system (preferably SAP)
