Job Summary
Staff Consultant on NSPB implementations integrated with NetSuite: configure, test, and support NSPB solutions; translate business requirements into scalable EPM solutions; participate in discovery through deployment, including fit/gap analyses, design, build, testing, training, and go-live. Collaborate with in-house development, functional, and project teams; manage data mappings, transformations, and integrations; document designs, data flows, and integration specifications; participate in user acceptance testing, training sessions, and post-go-live support. Requires 2-5+ years of experience in EPM/FP&A/ERP implementations, NetSuite familiarity, and strong written communication; flexibility with hours and limited travel.
Required Qualifications
- 2-5+ years of relevant EPM, FP&A systems, ERP consulting, or related implementation experience
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
- Hands-on NetSuite experience strongly preferred, including familiarity with NetSuite financial processes and data structures
- Experience with NSPB, Oracle EPM, Hyperion, NetSuite Planning, or similar planning and performance management solutions
- Strong written communication skills with demonstrated ability to translate technical concepts into clear, structured documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences
