Job Summary
COMSEC Manager position responsible for leading the company’s COMSEC program across special access programs, including managing COMSEC administration, training, and records; overseeing deployed networks and compliance with DoD policies; serving as the primary government interface on program security matters; handling COMSEC logistics, investigations, and incident responses; ensuring physical security for networking rooms and TEMPEST considerations; supporting Information Assurance efforts and Systems Security Plans; collaborating with ISSM and USG counterparts to maintain connectivity and security across classified systems. Key duties include self-inspections, Staff Assistance Visits, security briefings, adherence to EKMS/KMI practices, and ensuring proper disposition documentation and material accountability; requires DoD SAP experience, 3-6 years security administration experience, prior COMSEC/account management or IA experience, and TS/SCI eligibility.
Required Qualifications
- DoD Special Access Programs experience required
- 3-6 years security administration experience required
- Previous experience as a COMSEC account manager, Alternate Custodian, or in an Information Assurance role
- Familiarity with Key Management Infrastructure (KMI) or Electronic Key Management System (EKMS)
- Security Clearance: DoD Top Secret with SCI eligibility required
