Staff Commercial Data & Insights Engineer

Job Summary
Stage commercial data for downstream analytics, ensuring outputs are complete and aligned to business definitions; maintain and optimize the data warehouse; develop ETL solutions and automated data flows within the EMEA analytics ecosystem; apply market- and country-specific business rules, calculations, and transformations to support local commercial models, KPIs, incentives, and decision-making; validate staged datasets through quality checks and reconcile against source systems; partner with Commercial Analytics, CRM Operations, MDM, and Sales Operations to understand data requirements and ensure downstream usability; document staging logic, transformation rules, and market-specific exceptions for transparency and auditability; monitor data quality metrics and identify opportunities to improve robustness and reusability; thrive in a fast-paced environment with accuracy and consistency; effectively communicate with analytics teams and business stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 8-12 years of related experience
- Experience with Tableau, SQL, data integration
- Experience with multi-country or regional commercial data
- Ability to document staging logic, transformation rules, and methodologies
- Strong attention to detail and data quality
- Clear communication and collaboration with analytics, operations, and business stakeholders
