Job Summary
Lead technology strategy for assigned cloud and enterprise accounts in partnership with Sales and field teams, building trusted technical relationships by aligning Micron solutions to system-level challenges. Provide system and solution-level guidance, including trade-offs across performance, cost, and compatibility, while developing reusable solution designs and best practices across the sales organization. Influence product and solutions roadmaps by representing the voice of the customer across business units. This highly visible Staff Cloud Solutions Architect role blends deep technical expertise with cross-functional leadership within Micron's Global Sales organization, which works directly with advanced cloud and enterprise customers to solve real system-level challenges using cutting-edge memory and storage technologies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience in practice
- 10+ years of customer-facing presales, solutions architecture, or field applications engineering experience
- Hands-on systems experience with server architectures, data center environments, and memory or storage technologies
- Proven ability to build trust and influence technical and business stakeholders
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English, written and verbal
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with NeoCloud or hyperscale cloud customers
- Familiarity with AI infrastructure for training and inference workloads
- Experience defining account-level architecture strategy aligned to product direction
- Background in DRAM and SSD architecture within system-level solutions
- Experience providing technical training to customers and internal teams
