Job Summary
Provide trauma-informed clinical consultation, assessment, advocacy, and limited short-term supportive interventions to survivors of domestic violence, interpersonal violence, and coercive control. Serve as the lead clinical resource by conducting risk assessments, making clinical recommendations, and coordinating referrals to behavioral health and community services. Offer guidance and education to advocates, interns, and program staff while maintaining accurate documentation, data collection, and grant reporting. Collaborate with leadership to strengthen survivor-centered services and participate in program meetings and trainings. This role supports the YWCA Central Massachusetts mission of empowering women and promoting justice.
Required Qualifications
- Maintain an active license to practice in MA (LCSW)
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
Desired Qualifications
- Multilingual/multicultural strongly preferred
- Experience working with diverse populations such as all communities of color, LGBTQIA+ individuals, and individuals with disabilities
