Staff Claim Executive

Job Summary
Staff Claims Executive to manage the processing and administration of employee claims, including travel, entertainment, overtime, and other expense reimbursements; ensure compliance with company policy and regulatory guidelines; coordinate with treasury for timely payout of approved claims; respond to employee inquiries regarding claim status and policy interpretation; identify irregular or non-compliant claims for review; maintain accurate records for audit and reporting; assist in updating claims policies and procedures; generate periodic claims volume, trends, and approval-status reports.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in claims processing, payroll, or HR operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR/payroll systems (preferred: Workday)
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information
- Good organisational skills with strong attention to detail
