Job Summary
Staff Cafeteria Attendant responsible for overseeing the full daily staff dining operation (breakfast through dinner) in a Luura staff restaurant on Paros, ensuring fresh, well-prepared, balanced meals in a clean and welcoming environment. Duties include food preparation, service, and end-of-day closure; maintaining food quality, hygiene standards, fair portioning, and efficient kitchen operations; supervising staff during shifts; coordinating with Chief Engineer and Purchasing Manager for equipment and supplies; forecasting quantities, setting up before service periods, conducting freshness checks, managing ambience, proper waste disposal, and safe storage of leftovers; ensuring available service items, correct portioning, and timely restocking; reporting food waste and shortages to the Executive Chef or F&B team; maintaining a cooperative atmosphere and upholding Luura standards; maintaining cleanliness of the Staff Restaurant and assisting with guest and employee interaction. Qualifications emphasize experience in food & beverage service, HACCP knowledge, hygiene practices, and the ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Location: Paros, Greece; Greece/EU eligibility required.
Required Qualifications
- Eligibility to work in Greece / EU
- Previous experience in a staff cafeteria, hotel restaurant, kitchen, canteen, or F&B service environment is preferred.
- Understanding of health & safety, food hygiene, allergens, HACCP standards, and proper food storage procedures.
- Ability to follow cleanliness, hygiene, food handling, and safety procedures with consistency and attention to detail.
