Job Summary
Platform Procurement Program Manager responsible for end-to-end supply-demand optimization including inventory analysis and planning, demand management, and logistics arrangement. Collaborates with master schedulers to plan supply with suppliers, identifies root causes for shortages and drives rapid recovery actions, assesses supply risks and mitigation options, seeks process improvements, negotiates with suppliers to achieve best cost, quality, terms, and delivery, and ensures healthy inventories. Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering and 5+ years in procurement/supply chain within Computer OEM/ODM Manufacturing or Server System Solution, with strong Excel/PowerPoint and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
- 5+ years of direct experience in a procurement and supply chain function in the Computer OEM/ODM Manufacturing or Server System Solution industry
- Proficiency in procurement and supply chain principles and skills
- Advanced knowledge of order management, fulfillment concepts and processes
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Strong analytical and communications skills
- Strong multitasking and prioritizing skills
- Proficiency in English
