Job Summary
Support Silicon Photonics Product Line leadership by driving revenue growth, profitability, and long-term business value through strategic financial planning and P&L management. Manage RF & Quantum Product Line P&Ls, including revenue, gross margin, and operating profit metrics while leading quarterly forecasts, annual operating plans, and long-range processes. Provide financial leadership for customer contracts, pricing decisions, and strategic partnerships to ensure risk-adjusted returns. Evaluate R&D investments and technology roadmaps to maximize return on investment, and develop financial models and dashboards for actionable insights. Partner with Engineering, Product Management, Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to execute business objectives and support CapEx planning and capital allocation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 6+ years of progressive finance experience, including supporting product-driven, manufacturing, or technology-intensive businesses
- Proven experience in business finance, FP&A, or P&L support within semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, or B2B technology environments
- Demonstrated lead financial workstreams related to forecasting, contracts, & capital investment
- Deep analytical skills coupled with the ability to simplify complexity and drive clear decisions
- Comfortable operating with minimal direction in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
- Fluency in English, written and verbal
Desired Qualifications
- Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Ability to influence and partner effectively with senior leaders across multiple functions and regions
- Semiconductor industry direct working experience
