Job Summary
Staff Business Architect – Transformation Lead at Ford’s ADVEV organization who will lead high-impact business and technology transformation initiatives enabling Ford’s EV strategy. Responsibilities include defining and delivering new business capabilities, operating models, and cross-functional processes across Engineering, Manufacturing, IT, Supply Chain, and Logistics; identifying capability gaps, clarifying business problems, designing future-state solutions, and driving adoption of new processes and tools; collaborating to converge EVDD tools, emerging capabilities, and legacy Ford systems; requiring strategic thinking, strong business-architecture discipline, stakeholder influence, and change leadership.
