Job Summary
Senior Staff Business Analyst based in Hyderabad, India, partnering with business and technology stakeholders to plan and deliver AI and cloud-based solutions for Employee Benefits End-to-End Service. Responsible for translating business needs into clear requirements, guiding project teams, facilitating workshops, supporting migrations and integrations, mentoring team members, and contributing to SAFe Agile processes. Focus areas include automation opportunities, claims strategy alignment, vendor management for claim applications, and leveraging Generative AI to improve solutions and processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with at least seven years of IT and business analysis experience, preferably in the insurance industry
- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and Guidewire Insurance Suite (Claim Center preferred)
- Experience with Employee Benefits (Group Benefits) business
- Exposure to Generative AI tools
- Strong analytical, judgment, and problem-solving skills; ability to synthesize complex information and provide actionable recommendations
- Strong communication, leadership, presentation, and conflict resolution abilities
- Proven experience facilitating cross-functional teams, driving change, and delivering results in a fast-paced environment
- Experience collaborating with third-party technology providers
- Nice to Have Skills: Pega tools and technology, AWS Cloud Practitioner, Experience with Pega Suite products, Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform or Gen AI services
